• One Account: Each person may hold only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same individual, all accounts may be closed and balances forfeited.

• Match Cancelled: If a match is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded to your balance.
• Abandoned Match: In cricket, if the minimum required overs have been bowled and a result is determined via the D/L method, that result stands as final.

• Obvious Error: If there is a technical error in the odds or a market, fotmob site reserves the right to void the affected bet.

Each bonus and promotion on fotmob site comes with its own specific terms. General rules include:

• Wagering: To withdraw a bonus balance, a wagering requirement of typically 5–10x must be met. The wagering conditions for each bonus are stated separately.
• Validity: If wagering requirements are not completed within the specified number of days after a bonus is activated, the bonus will be forfeited.
• Eligible Markets: Not all markets count toward bonus wagering. Bets placed at odds below 1.50 are generally excluded from wagering contribution.
• Single Use: Each promo code or bonus can only be used once per account.
• Cannot be combined: Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on fotmob site. Violation of these prohibitions may result in account closure and balance forfeiture:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.

Fotmob site reserves the right to suspend or close accounts in the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a Terms and Conditions violation is found.
• If false information is found during KYC verification.
• Accounts inactive for an extended period (12 months) — an inactivity fee may apply.
• When a user submits a voluntary request to close their account.

Close Account Yourself: You can close your account at any time by contacting support. It is advisable to withdraw your balance before closing.

Fotmob site believes betting is a form of entertainment. To keep it that way, we provide a range of tools and support services:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits can be set.
• Self-Exclusion: The option to exclude yourself from your account for a set period or permanently.
• Reality Check: Automated notifications are sent after a set period of time.
• Support Links: Information on professional help is provided for those experiencing gambling-related problems.

Any dispute or complaint is handled through the following steps:

• Step 1: Contact the support team directly. Most disputes are resolved at this stage.
• Step 2: If the issue is not resolved through support, submit a formal written complaint to support@fotmobsite.app.
• Step 3: fotmob site will provide a written response within 7 business days.

Fotmob site's decisions are final and binding unless overturned by a competent legal authority.

Fotmob site reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. In the event of changes:

• Users will be notified of significant changes via email or in-app notification.
• The effective date of any updated terms will be shown at the top of this page.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions.
